Say Goodbye to Laundry Day!
Between work, family, and a busy schedule, laundry can quickly pile up and take over your free time. With our professional wash and fold service, you can check laundry off your to-do list entirely.
We handle your everyday clothing, sheets, and towels with the utmost care, giving you back hours of your week. Enjoy the ultimate convenience with our doorstep pickup and delivery service available across Stratford and the surrounding areas for a service fee, or choose to drop off your items directly at our facility.
Getting Started: The Laundry Bag Kit
To ensure your clothing receives the exact care it needs, all new customers get started with our signature Laundry Bag Kit on their first order.
Your one-time kit purchase includes:
3 Large Sorting Bags: Clearly marked Colours, Whites, and Special Care so you can easily separate your items at home.
1 Large Square Return Bag: A dedicated, heavy-duty bag used exclusively to protect and return your clean, freshly folded laundry.
How It Works
Our organized system ensures a seamless, hygienic, and hassle-free experience from start to finish:
Sort at Home: Prior to your pickup or drop-off, simply sort your regular laundry into your designated Colours, Whites, and Special Care bags.
Pickup or Drop-Off: Hand off your sorted bags to our delivery team in Stratford, or bring them by our facility. Large bulky items should be kept separate from your standard per-pound bags.
Eco-Friendly, Custom Wash: We clean your clothes using premium eco-friendly and hypoallergenic detergent options, ensuring a deep clean that is safe for sensitive skin and gentle on the planet.
Professional Drying & Folding: Items are dried to prevent wrinkles, then meticulously folded and organized by our team.
Fresh Return: We pack your crisp, clean laundry into your large square return bag and deliver it back to your door (or have it ready for pickup) within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Service Pricing & Turnaround
Standard Laundry: Priced conveniently by the pound. This covers your regular clothing, towels, and standard bedsheets that fit into your kit bags.
Bulky & Specialty Items: Large items like blankets and duvets, as well as garments requiring specialized handling (such as dry clean only items, wools, silks, and leathers), cannot be included in our per-pound pricing. These are priced individually to ensure they receive the specific treatment they require.
